Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 25 CLINTON STREET in Manhattan highlight the great location for young individuals, high cleanliness standards, and efficient garbage management. However, concerns include occasional pest issues, insufficient heating, and some noise disturbances from neighbors. Suggestions for improvement emphasize better pricing strategies, addressing maintenance concerns promptly, and enhancing heating systems. While some tenants disapprove of the management's responsiveness, others appreciate the proactive pest control measures and good water pressure. Overall, the building's favorable aspects like location and cleanliness make it a decent option, albeit with room for enhancements in heating and neighbor-related issues.

I’m comfortable here
Former Tenant
Pros:
High ceilings. No roaches or rats. I’ve been here 2 years and only seen 3 cockroaches on separate occasions, all after a rainy day.
Cons:
The heat is NOT sufficient enough. I have to use a heater which sky rockets my coned bill.
Advice to owner:
Fix the heat
