Nice neighbors, quiet internally, charming outdoor area
Cons:
Active bed bug infestations in building, including on floor 3 and 4. Have had ongoing problems for multiple years. Very frustrating and scary!
Advice to owner:
Change pest management companies to one better equipped to handle bed bug problem. And be more transparent with us living here about the issue
