Lower rent cost (until they raised it) Garbage management was good Neighbors are kind, no weird people living in the people.
Cons:
Homeless / druggies hanging outside Mice in apartment, management in denial or did nothing to prevent. Multiple sightings + when we moved out there was mice poop under furniture. Cockroach sighting every month or so. Doorbell system downstairs went out and was broken for over a month meaning you had to fetch every visitor at the door.
Advice to owner:
Take pest control more seriously and focus on creating an environment that makes people want to stay. If you aren't going to take care of the building, stop raising rent on people and focus on lowering turnover.
