Clean & Quiet(ish) Building with Radiators of a Thousand Suns
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean common spaces, excellent trash disposal, quiet(ish) and courteous neighbors, great water pressure and hot water.
Cons:
The radiators do not know when to quit. I understand this is a typical NY pre-war apartment problem, but sweating like it’s July, all windows open, and stripped to undies in the dead of winter is unideal. There is no turning them off or down, you are at the radiator’s every whim from October to April. Excellent if you’re into perspiring heavily while watching snow fall out your (open) windows.

Decent Co-op building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- They keep it pretty clean - The building manager is alright
Cons:
- Many of the tenants are rigid and less than friendly - Roaches are not uncommon - Bed bugs in 2017
