Good Bad & Ugly
Pros
Very thick walls. You don’t hear people in their apartments. Friendly tenants. Very responsive landlord.
Cons
Above restaurant managed by people who have complete disregard for the tenants. They are loud, smoke and park their motorbike inside the hallway, move the garbage in front of the stairs which needs to be moved out of the way sometimes several times a day. Make it really dirty.
Advice to the owners
Hallway especially and stairs sometimes need to be cleaned more often and better. Need to advise restaurant people to handle themselves respectfully with the tenants - everyone in the building complains about them.
