The honest truth

Pros:
Nothing don’t move in
Cons:
The super/ landlord is an absolute lunatic, changed locks during covid entered my apartment without permission or while I was there after I told him I wasn’t renewing my lease so he can take photos. Cyber bully texting ludicrous things, really taught about calling the police on him Also building is a rent stabilized building but he illegally destabilizes units if you live there check your rent history!
Advice to owner:
Stop being a slumlord
