There are zero pros.
Cons:
Very dirty, bugs, on the stoop people sit around blocking you’re entrance to get in you’re own building.
Advice to owner:
Needs to be fully revamped

Great Location, Washer/Dryer in Unit, 3 bedroom, separate kitchen
Cons:
Roaches, Awful Super, Broken Washer Dryer, Broken Door Knobs, Broken Toilet, Impossible to get any legitimate movement on issues, our fridge broke for 5 weeks and they didnt fix it,
