Pros:
Great Location, Washer/Dryer in Unit, 3 bedroom, separate kitchen
Cons:
Roaches, Awful Super, Broken Washer Dryer, Broken Door Knobs, Broken Toilet, Impossible to get any legitimate movement on issues, our fridge broke for 5 weeks and they didnt fix it,

managers bullied me, extorted me for money during the pandemic, and gaslit me, they never fixed anything

Neighbors are amazing
Cons:
Unresponsive and shady
Tossed out neighbors belongings in what appears to be (illegal) attempted eviction of while they were hospitalized with Covid (they knew, the super called ambulance).
Rats in yard
Never cleaned hallways above 1st floor
Usually no buzzers
Liquor store patrons 24/7 on stoop
Advice to owner:

Mice and late to respond work orders

Pros:
love the actual apartment, great size, lots of light, hardwood floors, high ceilings.
Cons:
Once a month we have mice. I’ve killed 14 total. Cant flush toilet paper, everything is slow to drain so 5 minute showers, and if u submit a work order it will not get taken care of
Advice to owner:
listen to your renters and acknowledge the problems in your building
