The people who live in the building are nice.

Cons

There is no building management. No cleanings, no maintenance, nothing at all. Thousands of 311 violations and they do not care.

Even a little bit of care would do wonders for this building. The lack of care really shows and is felt by everyone who lives in the building.

Good location High ceilings Fairly clean Maintenance guy Jose is very nice New appliances

The landlord is unresponsive to emails The water in shower goes from boiling hot to freezing cold without adjusting knob Lots of bugs front door often gets stuck open Impossible to get security deposit back Roaches and mice Little light

Please be more responsive to emails. If you are unable to get to an issue immediately, at least respond to let me know you received a request and an estimated time to when it will be completed.
