Lasker sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Next to the river side
Cons:
The landlord is abusive and does a lot of illegal stuff. Abraham barely has permits for his problem fixing and abuses the superintendent. Never responds and makes decisions based on personal feelings, without any proof. 10/10 don’t recommend this dude.
Advice to owner:
Understand that not everyone was born with a golden spoon

Not good owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s near decent stores
Cons:
The owner is a con artist. ignores texts and phone calls. Overcharges for tiny apartments that are not in good shape. Some of the floors are caving in, cracks and holes in the walls. Overall do not recommend, it’s not worth the price at all.
Advice to owner:
Learn to be more kind and accommodating.

Good location and space
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, no rodent or bug issues, nice space
Cons:
Hallways can be dirty, packages stolen, backyard unavailable, hard to schedule repairs
Advice to owner:
Help prevent package left, open backyard to tenants
