great apartment building

Pros:
-great owners, live in building and are very attentive and responsive
-great lighting, units, appliances
- no major issues
Cons:
a little old, stairs only, no dishwasher/laundry in unit but that’s okay.
The street can get loud especially on the weekends

Pros:
Love the apt. Landlord and super are live in, nice and available. They take care of the garbage and stuff well.
Cons:
Older building so some things are dated but not bad tbh.
