Terrible Apartment, do not live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the f and j trains, close to grocery store and pharmacy. By a lot of bars and restaurants. Big windows. None of these pros matter since it is infested with roaches and mice
Cons:
Infestation of Roaches for almost a year and nothing was done by management
The super tricked our elderly roommate into signing a form saying that he fixed the problem
They said we would get our cabinets replaced since it is literally rotting and infested with roach eggs, but we have not gotten any follow up since then
the neighbors are either insanely loud or physically harass you if you so much as look at them.
Advice to owner:
Burn the place down, it is uninhabitable
