responsive super, sunny bedrooms
Former Tenant
Pros:
- responsive super + building handyman - sunny, large windows - friendly neighbors
Cons:
- in my first year there was a common room + back patio that we had access to. In the second year, they removed this amenity without notifying residents - elevator broke down frequently - butterflyMX access system (remote door access) would fail sometimes - we had an issue with stolen packages for a while but they improved the main door security

Very nice place, unresponsive landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean and renovated apartment in a pretty quiet area. Great location for young people, as it is close to a ton of bars and restaurants in the East Village. Place has a decent amount of natural light as well as in-unit laundry.
Cons:
Pretty dirty street, and lots of rats at night. The company that leases the building (June Homes) is pretty unresponsive about fixing things. When we moved-in the oven and microwave weren't working — it's been two months and they haven't fixed them.
Advice to owner:
Please respond to your tenants more appropriately.
