    Not the best

    Pros:
    The units are very modern and sleek. The bathroom is large and it’s convenient to have a half bathroom.
    Cons:
    The building management was so slow to respond and would never escalate noise issues that we had with our upstairs neighbors. Also, there is practically no storage in the units and overall it’s not a place anyone could live over a year. The laundry was also always being used and only having one washer and dryer made things extremely frustrating. The laundry room was also not cleaned properly sometimes and tenants would leave their clothes there for days at times.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more careful about renting out to students and make sure that people are treating the building well. Also, be more responsive to tenant issues.

    Horrible I’ve had seven stoves in five years constant gas leaks

    Pros:
    Nothing someone needs to help and assist the mental health clients in the building like the used to and that was only for a few month. After that no one follow protocol services went out the window a few after I moved in . It’s sad
    Cons:
    I never received any services that I was told I would to go forward in my life this place is a scam and prays on people like me with mental health issues. Washer and dryer in the basement that has never been fixed total scam this place sucks.
    Advice to owner:
    Please step your game up you want your rent on time but you don’t want to do anything regarding repairs or solidifying the safety of your clients nor do you want to provide the amenities like washer dryer refrigerator oven things that people need to cook. I haven’t had a stove in months this is the third time that’s happened how can you call this place a bridge it’s a bridge to nothing it doesn’t lead to the future . Nothing gets fixed , I have no way to cook food, washer and dryer never fixed nothing I’ve been coming out of pocket more than I’ve had a chance to even think about saving money for a future
