Pros:
- easy trash and recycling disposal - easy laundry situation -nice apartment layout for price
Cons:
- management can take a little bit to reply - packages have gotten stolen here and there - neighbors or street can be loud randomly
Cute neighborhood, you can see a community garden from home. Good light, close to nice restaurants
Cons:
far away from subway, neighborhood was not too safe there were a lot of bars so drunk people and crazy people hang around
