Take advantage of young people

Pros:
Quick responses to maintenance requests USUALLY, nice neighbors
Cons:
Gas has been off for over a year, did not offer rent abatement, seems like they are just taking advantage of all the young people who live in the building

Okay for first New York apt

Cheap rent, love the location, good building, management company usually pretty responsive
Cons:
Small space, pretty dark apt, hot apartment, had a small bug problem and a mouse for a little
