Just ok, nothing specifically horrible

Pros:
Outdoor space in every unit, nice neighbors on a quiet street
Cons:
Hard to get repairs done. Apartment was pretty run down but we accepted it for lower rent.
Advice to owner:
Lame to increase every unit’s rent 20-30%
