    Landlord was incredible, very friendly and responsive. Beautiful backyard.

    Sometimes had issues with the plumbing backing up

    Great location, good use of space, wood floors, has appliances, decent size, nice owners, routine pest control
    Cons:
    No laundry, one mouse, backyard is difficult to access, hole in wall that never got fixed, bad water pressure, no laundry
