    Elevator, doorman, spacious rooms
    Cons:
    Laundry always broken
    Garbage cans had flies all the time

    Great building- lacks great tenants

    Elevator is fantastic, roof is great, large living space.
    Cons:
    Dog poop on the floor of the lobby, packages have been stolen.
    Advice to owner:
    Ensure animals in the building are being properly monitored
