This building is in a great neighborhood, close to the action of the east village but on a quiet street. The apartment has a lot of light and the common area is huge.

Cons

Packages are just left out in the hallway when delivered. The bathroom has a weird tub that takes up like 2/3 of the bathroom, which makes the layout a bit bizarre.
