    great management that’s quick to respond and fix things, friendly live in super, great location
    Cons:
    bathroom outdated but that was just my unit, packages tend to get stolen

    cameras in the stairways for safety and theft

    Alan was a great owner/management company to work with. Very fair and considerate, which is rare in NYC.

    Alan is an all around great landlord. Fixes any issue immediately and very responsive and willing to work with you. People in the building are good too, a little louder on the weekends but nothing crazy. Quiet during the week

    Hallway is a little outdated. But has character

    We had issues with cockroaches, the landlord very promptly sent out an exterminator but he only sprayed our apartment so they continued to come back
