Uncontrolled Bed Bug Infestation

Decent building in good location.
Cons
Bed bugs were reported on the 2nd and 4th floors in January 2026. Because management didn't notify neighbors as required under NYC law, the bed bugs have now spread to the 3rd floor and other additional units. The original units have not had complete treatments, the newly infested units have had no treatment, and management has still not notified the rest of the building, They're slum lords who don't care that the entire building is now infested with bed bugs.
Advice to the owners
Well, following the law would be a good start. You should treat problems proactively (like the broken trash chute door) before they become building wide issues and hurt even more people.
