    Regularly cleaned hallways, in-unit laundry, and safe buzz in.
    Cons:
    Small units and no AC

    Cons:
    Noisy from Izakaya Karaoke nights. Bugs. Several times when our heater was not working and it would be 50 degrees in our apartment in the middle of winter.
