Good affordable apt

Pros

I absolutely love my studio here - it is set up perfectly. The owner is extremely kind and cares about you. I really love this building and do not have many complaints. I have always felt very safe in my building while living alone in an area where this is not common!

Cons

I once saw a roach, and our bathrooms our separated which I honestly do not mind — I just have a problem with the shower fan bc it doesn’t really work.

Advice to the owners

Maybe think about getting a video doorman & make payments a little easier (doing it online as well)
