I can't think of much. Although I lived on a somewhat busy street, I did not hear any noises from the outside.
From the top of my head: - super took weeks to respond to our complaint (a lightbulb needed to be replaced) -no windows in some bedrooms -small space (bedrooms were very small) -bad AC (some rooms didn't have AC; my room had AC but was unusable because of dirty black stuff coming out when using AC) -poor ventilation -old building -lot of pests like cockroaches and flies -only 2 laundry units -throwing out the garbage was disgusting

Super is responsive, water pressure and temperature is good, generally good management of trash and stairwell areas
Some package theft issues with the lobby, the dryers don't work super well, and we've seen 3 roaches in our 2 years here, which isn't horrible but not ideal
