Unreliable and dirty

Good location You get good light if you face the back away from the street Not noisy
Cons
Landlord is completely unresponsive leading to months without heat and a working shower in the middle of the winter. If you have any kind of issue there is no way to contact him and if you try there’s maybe a 5% chance he will respond to you. Our first night in the apartment the ceiling literally collapsed out of nowhere and no one seemed concerned at all Mice which we kill ourselves because we know he would never help us with them He seems to lose our checks in the mail extremely frequently Packages stolen multiple times
