Decent building and nice owners

Quaint and very nice owners; super is pretty responsive and frequently on premise

Cons

About as basic of an apartment building as you can imagine. Also, had one small mouse in/out for a few weeks but haven't had any other issues given the owner was responsive and had pest control their quickly

Landlords are quick to respond to emails, texts etc. Issues are resolved in a timely manner. Improvements being made throughout the building.

No on site laundry, older building, no storage units. A couple noisy neighbors.
