Terrible Landlord - Crooks

Pros:
Location, size and price
Cons:
Landlord is a crook, super unresponsive and aggressive, never came to fix my door handle and then complained about the price I deducted when I did it myself, ignored me when I tried to get my security deposit back. Spent lots of time drinking in the neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Be better

DON'T DO IT

Pros:
I like the location & the size of the apartment.
Cons:
The building management SUCKS. the heat does not work in the dead of winter, the intercom was broken for several months, and our electricity stops working every now and then. If something is broken (ex. shower is clogged), expect to wait at least 6 weeks for it to be fixed.
Advice to owner:
Please hire competent building management! it will make a world of a difference !
