Family-friendly and pet-friendly building. Management and maintenance fairly responsive. Secure and great roof for fresh air.

Cons

Always ask to see the laundry beforehand. "Laundry in building" is actually outside of the building, through the garbage area which can typically be accompanied by rats. Biggest disappointment in how they present this building. Management tend to blame versus believe tenants on issues of units (heat in winter too high, water damage, etc.)

Advice to the owners

Work on garbage management and repurpose an area for laundry - or simply do not offer it on premise.
