Bad management

Pros:
One of the Top 5 Neighborhoods in NYC , things to do, and good schools.
Cons:
Building is very dirty and violating fire, building and egress violations. Bed bugs in a couple of units, paraphernalia sold in some units, one reoccurring tenant who continues to damage building property, create disturbances every other day and bring drug user within the property.
Advice to owner:
Hold your property management company accountable, have tenants ably by the rules and the ones that don’t fine them, if problems continue to reoccur LEGALLY get them out. Create a cleaning schedule and have building meeting to listen to your tenants concerns so you can be better equipped to attract quality tenants.
