Pros:
Amazing location, apartments & building are fairly nice looking, management is reasonable
Cons:
Condition/upkeep could be better, neighbors are fairly loud (lots of young men)

Cute apartments but at what cost

The apartment is so cute, with lots of windows in the bedrooms, closet space and hardwood floors
Cons:
Every few months sewage bubbled up into our sink. We also lost power for 3 days this summer because the wires were crossed with our neighbor’s who had moved out and weren’t paying their bill, our ceiling is leaking consistently because of the apartment upstairs and the super has said the only solution is a new W/D, which they won’t pay for
