    Clean building, has an elevator and a spacious roof
    Cons:
    The live-in super didn’t respond in a timely manner

    Has a nice roof and amenities
    Cons:
    Has central air but brakes and management doesn’t come fix it even when we are in a heat wave and it’s 100 degrees outside

    Very unresponsive until you refuse to pay rent

    All appliances are old, oven has no temperatures on it

    None, wasn’t surprised when I learned this building is owned by Jared kushner
    Cons:
    No heat no hot water everything is falling apart bad electrical work so the electricity randomly goes out and also sparks. No fire safety
