Nice rooftop, good location, exposed brick and interiors are nice.
Windows are pretty thin, noise from street can be loud. Hot water issues in the past. But new boiler now.
Cheap but not by a lot
So small I am certain they turned a big master room into two rooms and that was what all the "remodeling" was for
