    Fine building, horrible trash problem
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Good location, good heat, and things get fixed eventually.
    Cons:
    There is a large trash issue from the restaurants / super. Trash is not taken out in a timely manner and piles up in the lobby attracting animals and causing a bad smell.
    Advice to owner:
    Replace the super.
