    No concern for tenants

    Price. Location. Other tenants are nice and quiet.
    Cons:
    Roaches, mice, repairs take months. Landlord is flippant and shows little to no concern for tenants.

    Fine for what you pay for

    Building manager usually gets things fixed, convenient location, and no major issues. Very affordable.
    Cons:
    Building not cleaned very frequently, have seen mice, no roof access. Packages have been stolen. High traffic area.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the building more.
