Location, neighbors, conditions bad enough to get us on the news
Cons:
Heat constantly turned off to get older tenants to move out - the only heat in that bldg was the gaslighting by the owner.
Advice to owner:
Try having a moral code.

Spacious but at the cost of no amenities whatsoever

Pros:
My single bedroom apartment is pretty spacious for the price all things considered.
Cons:
INSANE package theft problem. Landlord refuses to address the situation and is pretty much useless. The front door is faulty and often left open which probably contributes to the package theft issue. The boiler breaks often which means random moments of no hot water, and lots of electricity outings.
Advice to owner:
Address package theft issues!!
