Pros:
Great water pressure. Quiet street.
Cons:
Mice, roaches, graffiti on the building facade, lack of heat in winter, lots of Air BnB rooms.

Good quiet neighbors, great location.
Cons:
Unresponsive landlord. Irregular heat and water. Rodent problem.

The water pressure is great though not always hot and the mice can sleep in quiet.
Cons:
They go through your garbage.
Advice to owner:
Communicate better than Cuomo.

A Much Neglected Building

Location, and it’s mostly empty
Cons:
The landlord under responsive, floors are terribly slanted, very little maintenance and upkeep
