SO MANY ROACHES

Pros:
The super was incredibly nice but lives on Long Island
Cons:
The building has issues with roaches and mice. The oven rarely worked—the temperature would only stabilize at 100° or 500°, nothing in between. The stairs are uneven and hard to walk on. Lots of sketchy people hang out on the steps in front of the building
Out unit was not rent stabilized but 90% of the apartments in the building are and the tenants pay as low as $100 per month
