The super was responsive, pest control was swift and effective, building was safe and quiet
Cons:
Heat was extremely high at all times and out of tenants control, garbage often piled up between pick ups, unit was not cleaned fully before move in

Great building with helpful management

Pros:
The location and the apartments are well maintained. The tenants, many that have lived there for a long time, are friendly and helpful.
Cons:
Hallways can get a bit grimy and the pigeon guano can add up in the interior alley (on fire escapes, etc).
