Perfect in every way but....
Pros
The location is amazing and the unit was large for a Manhattan apartment. You're right above a laundromat that is truly one of the best in the city (clean, reasonably priced, trustworthy), so its basically like laundry in building. No issues with the building in terms of noise, there's an eclectic mix of tenants but everyone is friendly and no one is too loud.
Cons
Had A LOT of issues with mice. The owners were always responsive and would come check for holes, filling what they saw, giving us traps + poison. But we always had issues probably actively catching/seeing nearly a dozen during our 3 years in the apartment.
Advice to the owners
Figure out the pest issues!
