Good location, right inbetween orchard and Ludlow
Cons:
Do not live here!!! It is completely cockroach infested and smells like cigarettes from the tenants. It is not cleanly the trash has rats. The management is absolutely awful.
Advice to owner:
Tent the whole building

Pros:
Fantastic location, great street and close to FMJ trains. Smells like cookies in the lobby
Cons:
Appliances are often broken, some mild plumbing problems, 1 noisy neighbor that yells in the hallway whenever they’re leaving, hard to get anyone to fix anything

Fix things!

One of the best blocks on the LES, pet friendly building
Cons:
This building is unfortunately completely infested with roaches on all floors. We see dozens a day at all times of the day throughout the apartment (not confined to sinks). There have also been hot water and heat issues - going multiple days without - throughout the winter.

Fix the roach issue

Bad heating. During winter would get extremely cold in apartment
