don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, decent tenants
Cons:
Front door lock is broken and packages get stolen, heat often doesn’t work in the winter, mice, roaches, super doesn’t show up to fix things, someone keeps taking the trash room door code off the door so trash gets piled into the lobby

Small and overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, not terrible in terms of pests (at least when I was there on the 2nd floor). No real surprises after moving in.
Cons:
Absolutely ridiculously sized “rooms.” Sort of building where they throw up dry wall in a studio and call it a 2 bedroom.
