Clean and new
Former Tenant
Pros:
My apartment was newly renovated when I moved in. The lobby area was always clean.
Cons:
Although it was a nice apartment, I do think some units are overvalued and overpriced for the size (at least for my apartment in hindsight).

don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, decent tenants
Cons:
Front door lock is broken and packages get stolen, heat often doesn’t work in the winter, mice, roaches, super doesn’t show up to fix things, someone keeps taking the trash room door code off the door so trash gets piled into the lobby
