    great loctation, great neighbors, high ceilings

    the super only responded if he felt like it or felt like it was nessessary

    fix the small things before they cause bigger issues

    lots of sunlight
    new intercom
    solid heat & water
    Cons:
    sometimes very dirty
    some roaches even on 6th floor
    hiked up price by $200 per bedroom in 1 year ($600 total)
