    Solid LES Apt - family owned
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Responsive, owners operated store downstairs (now closed). As good as landlords are gonna get in the LES.
    Cons:
    Trash could pile up, street as expected is very loud and street facing bedroom is very noisy.
