Great Landlords great value

Pros:
The landlords are a family that own a local business, they are good people. The building is old but they work hard to maintain it. For a rent stabilized building, they do an amazing job, they are so nice and responsive when it comes to fixing things.
Cons:
People often hang out on the front step and block the doorway but its kinda expected in such a busy neighborhood.
