Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 138 Ludlow Street note its enviable location and renovated units with in-unit laundry as major positives. Many tenants appreciate the helpful and responsive superintendents, particularly Ricardo and Marvin, who contribute to cleanliness and maintenance. However, common complaints include poor management responsiveness, ongoing pest problems, inconsistent heating, and occasional water pressure issues, especially on higher floors. Noise levels vary by unit orientation, with street-facing apartments being brighter but louder. The lack of an elevator has been noted as inconvenient. Overall, the building suits those prioritizing location and unit features but seeking improved management and pest control.
