Bright apartment but loud area

Pros

-lots of windows and natural light -fun area with good restaurants and shops -waste management is good and keeps stairs clean -good closet size -walls are thick and can not hear neighbors

Cons

- very loud area at night on Fri/Sat - radiator is very loud in winter - small living area and kitchen for price - have seen some pests and roaches - packages have been stolen and old management security cameras did nothing about it - new management is okay ( buzzer to let guests and packages in was broken over a month) - no rooftop access

Good location Great natural light Big kitchen and bedroom

Cons

Gas was out for 5 months so no stovetop cooking or oven. Communication around the repair was nonexistent Very loud at night from local businesses Tiny bathroom and water takes a while to heat in the winter

Yep! The building is on a corner so 3 out of the four apts on each floor face either Orchard or Stanton. You’d probably have a quieter time if you can get one of the north east ones. They’re up against two buildings though.
