    Pros:
    Good location
    Great natural light
    Big kitchen and bedroom
    Cons:
    Gas was out for 5 months so no stovetop cooking or oven. Communication around the repair was nonexistent
    Very loud at night from local businesses
    Tiny bathroom and water takes a while to heat in the winter

    Great location, great building, awesome landlord

    Pros:
    I lived here for 10 years and loved it. Great location obviously. I never had any major issues which says a lot. Super is responsive when you need him. Addi is a great guy and actually cares about the tenants. Good value for the price and the location.
    Cons:
    You do get street noise at night but that goes without saying for the neighborhood. The hallway was occasionally dirty.
