A solid building on a awful street

Pros:
Washer dryer in unit. New appliances. Good bathroom. Decent price for what you get
Cons:
Being on delancey sucks. Super loud and busy street with lots of trash and tweakers.

Mostly clean, renovated, wide staircases, very few issues with pests
Cons:
Packages stolen, heat was either on or off and it got EXTREMELY hot, very loud, management could have been more responsive
Advice to owner:
Turn down the heat pls and set up a package room
