A&H Management is really bad

Pros

They're pretty good at garbage disposal. People leave random things downstairs and it's always removes. No mice or rats. I've barely encountered any roaches. The sinks have good water pressure.

Cons

Construction workers are always making noise. The water randomly shuts off sometimes without warning. There were a few times the heat shut off without warning. The windows aren't well insulated. You have to pay for gas & electric. I don't cook, go into the office 2 days a week and only spend 3 nights a week in my studio. My utility bill averages at $90. The shower water pressure is really low.
