Good location, budget apartment, got the job done

Pros:
Lived here for 2 years. Prime location on the corner of Rivington and Allen, lots of restaurants and shops right below. Apartment got great sunlight
Cons:
Very loud street noise came into the apartment. Packages were stolen all the time (like 1 in every 4 of my packages got stolen). Building was average in cleanliness but the trash room could start overflowing by week-end
