Love this building!

Pros

The location is perfect!! And the apartment is very spacious and really has everything you need.

Cons

The building itself is very gross, the trash shoot is tiny, and the super is unresponsive.

My rating of living in 5D

Pros

I really enjoyed how much natural light comes into the place, it is extremely spacious for a 2 bedroom and has a great living room if setup correctly. The only reason I am moving out is because I am adding a third roommate but I truly enjoyed how close everything was to me.

Cons

I wished this place had elevator roof access and at times it can get a little dusty in the apartment. But overall I have no complaints.
