Review Summary for 303 Broome Street
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 303 Broome Street reveal mixed sentiments. While the location is praised for its convenience, the building struggles with pest control issues like cockroaches and rats. Tenants appreciate the responsive super but express dissatisfaction with unaddressed maintenance issues, such as broken appliances and heating problems. The building's cleanliness is inconsistent, and previous management, SMA Equities, has faced criticism for poor communication and upkeep. Despite its flaws, the building's central location and proximity to amenities remain attractive to some residents.

Cockroach Infestation Upon Move In
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great and the building itself is nice and decently quiet
Cons:
They let us move into a 200+ cockroach infestation. There is now a new management that seems to be handling the problem since we moved out but SMA equities was the old management and was horrible to us. We lost so much money moving in to this apartment and the emotional toll it took was also horrible.
Advice to owner:
beware of pests
