Very good super who is super helpful
Old building lots of bugs and a couple mice
The location is great and the building itself is nice and decently quiet
They let us move into a 200+ cockroach infestation. There is now a new management that seems to be handling the problem since we moved out but SMA equities was the old management and was horrible to us. We lost so much money moving in to this apartment and the emotional toll it took was also horrible.
